Notes:
- A deposit of £45.00 must accompany any application. This will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. Full charges will be made if one month's notice of cancellation is not given.
- Charges for commercial hire are increased by 100%.
- Charges for hiring on New Year's Eve or public holidays are increased by 100%.
- An all day booking finishes at 12 midnight by which time the Hall must be vacated.
- Four dressing rooms are available at no extra charge.
- Reservations are not taken more than one year in advance.
- Hall, including balcony, will seat 325 persons.
- A 10% surcharge will be made, subject to a minimum of £5.00, to cover Hirer's Liability where the hirer does not have own insurance cover for the event. Proof of insurance must be provided before the booking is confirmed.
- If a bar is supplied it must close by 11.30 p.m. and the Hall is to be vacated by 12 midnight.
- Organisers are free to make their own catering arrangements.
- Large car park (Rails Meadow) situated at rear of Hall.
